South Korea Travel Guide
South Korea is where tradition and the future breathe in the same air. You stand beside a thousand-year-old palace with skyscrapers rising behind it. Seoul is one of Asia's most energetic cities — but without the chaos. The street food alone is worth the flight.
Best Time to Visit
Spring (March – May)
Cherry blossoms — almost as beautiful as Japan. Pleasant weather. One of the best times to visit.
Autumn (September – November)
Colourful foliage, ideal weather. Best season for hiking in the national parks.
Avoid
Summer (July–August) is hot and humid with monsoon rains. Winter is cold but the ice festival is worth it if you're into that.
